Jason Delgado

Jason Delgado is the Head of Coaching at CourageToLead, where he leads a team of elite coaches serving high-capacity leaders in both the marketplace and ministry. With over 25 years of experience leading growing organizations, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and overseeing teams of 65+ staff, Jason is a proven expert in unlocking the full potential of leaders and the organizations they steward.

Jason coaches founders, CEOs, business owners, and senior pastors — guiding them to elevate their leadership from the trenches of micromanagement and overwork into a strategic, peace-filled posture of visionary leadership. His coaching helps leaders work more on the organization than in it, create high-performance teams marked by alignment and ownership, and reclaim margin for what matters most: legacy, health, family, and impact.

His clients have scaled companies and churches by 3x, 5x, even 10x — all while regaining 15–20 hours back in their week, rediscovering joy in leadership, and becoming the inspirational developer of leaders their teams deserve.

Known for his customized, relational, and results-driven approach, Jason doesn’t bring pre-packaged consulting solutions — he brings coaching that gets to the core. With a strategic mix of personal leadership development, operational clarity, and systems that scale, Jason equips leaders to stop being their own lid and start building organizations that thrive beyond them.

Whether he’s coaching a CEO to expand their enterprise without losing their soul, or a pastor to grow their church without burning out their staff, Jason brings a rare dual-anointing — seamlessly bridging the worlds of marketplace and ministry with kingdom wisdom, proven strategy, and spiritual depth.

But Jason’s greatest legacy is not in boardrooms or platforms — it's at home. He’s been married to Rachael, his best friend and wife of 25 years. Together, they’ve raised three incredible children who love and follow Jesus: Ava, a NICU nurse and future nurse practitioner with a heart for global medical missions; Nathan, a college student pursuing veterinary medicine and missions; and Trace, a gifted high school baseball player and faithful church servant. Jason is a present father, proud husband, and spiritual leader in his home. He's more than a coach; he is a transformational force, helping leaders build what lasts without losing what matters.
